A Clarification on Annual Dues
I know many of you have already sent in your dues and we thank you for that. At the September 25, 2020 board meeting the board decided that with the moving of the fiscal year to January and because of the pandemic the due date to send in your annual dues payment was extended to January 1, 2021 with a 30 day grace period. Dues not received by February 1, 2021 will be subject to late fees being assessed.
For anyone unsure on how much dues are, the rates are unchanged from what you paid last year. If you have one lot your dues are $100 and if you have more than one lot your dues are $125. If you have any questions about your rate please contact me or Glenda.

New Governing Documents are Available
The Governing Documents (Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, By-Laws and Restrictions) for the Lakeway Estates Subdivision and the Lakeway Estates Property Owners Association, INC. were signed and notarized on December 28, 2020 before Michelle Ann Lawson Notary ID: 132386568. On December 29, 2020, the Governing Documents were filed and duly recorded with the Clerk’s Office of Henderson County at 10:25AM – (Document Number: 2020-00020800). These new Governing Documents replace the previous By-Laws dated October 4, 2014 Revision 04 and the previous Restrictions dated October 14, 2002.
