Architecture Advisory Committee
The Architecture Advisory Committee (AAC) is responsible for reviewing all requests for property improvements and new construction within Lakeway Estates. The members of the committee will review each submitted request to verify that each project meets the requirements of the deed restrictions for Lakeway Estates. Each project will require approval from the AAC before work can begin, and for projects that require a building permit from the City of Tool, the city will request an approval document from the AAC when applying for a permit.
For each of your projects, please plan well in advance. Homeowners should review the Lakeway Estates Deed Restrictions and City of Tool ordinances before submitting their request to the AAC. Deed Restrictions are part of your closing paperwork and City of Tool ordinances are available on their web site. Below you will find a downloadable version of the AAC Instructions and Request form. Please read the instructions before completing the Request Form and and submit all required additional information and documents with your request form.
Any omitted information will delay the approval process.
The current Architecture Advisory Committee members are:
Mark Hoesterey – Chair
Tommy Salvato
Jarret Blair
